The first ever 'WineCamp' is being held at the Fine Wine Reserve in downtown Toronto. It will be a chance for local 'webbies' to meetup and taste some fantastic Ontario wines.

People have asked about the pricing of the tickets, it is a 'pay what you want' kind of event. You get the same stuff at $12 as you do at $0. :)

The money from the tickets will be used toward food and wine unless we get enough sponsors. If the sponsor cover the cost of wine and food we are going to donate the money. The charity of choice will be the Fred Victor Centre. In their words, we offer a continuum of community services, housing options and advocacy for adults who are experiencing homelessness, marginalization and poverty.

I choose to work with Fred Victor because when they help someone they do more then apply a temporary band-aid. Instead, the work to make the person self-sufficent. The success stories are amazing.
